Reverence
One time when I was little I was in Sacrament meeting with my family and there was a little game I liked to play all by myself to pass the time. I would sit on the bench and slightly spread my legs and bend clear over upside down and look at all the peoples feet that were reverently sitting behind us. Well one week it went terribly wrong and as I was tipped over I somehow lost my balance, flipped over (yes, my nine or so year old body in a dress)and landed on my head, wedged between the bench I was on and the one in front of me. I helplessly looked over at my mom and sisters for some sort of assistence to make my way back to my feet, but since my head was down and my bum(with my underwear very visable)was up...they were paralized with laughter and took a minute or so to pry me out of this possition. It was that day that I decided to sit like a big girl in church and never let my head pass through any possibilty of throwing me upside down!!!! Well last week at church there was quite a crowd, a baby blessing and we were sitting clear in the back on the metal fold up chairs. I was looking straight ahead at the speaker, again not wanting to chance being irreverent. Out of the corner of my eye my innocent little Linky flashed to my side...he also had invented this game where you look between your legs at those behing you. Remember he was on a folding chair, not only did he fall over head over heels but the chair he was sitting on tipped forward pinning his head to the ground. Oh my goodness it was quite a sight and again our bench burst into laughter and Linky decided that was not a fun game after all!!!

Tooth Fairy Please
I remember back in the day before I had kids and I would see other peoples kids with all their teeth missing and think...that poor mom must be embarassed to take him out in public cuz he looks so pathetic. Well now I am all grown up and it seems to change things because my little Carson is missin his 2 front teeth and it is the cutest thing to me. I am always telling him to smile for me because I think he is so stinkin' cute. I guess it is the face only a mother could love, and I do!!!!
